Positives: great spacey rooms, nice ac, great windows and a really well restructured building. Negatives: parking has no cover, car stays in the sun all the time, quite pricy considering parking is not covered, parking was almost never available coming back around 8-9 and had to park quite far in the lot as general visitors had occupied all the parking upfront, there was no designated parking for guests staying(wouldn’t complain but again the price you pay, this should be basic), there was no electric charge station but that is something we already knew, too much plastic in the toiletries,

Beautiful place, in and around the "Unique" area. I wanted to thank Fabio and his collaborators for making our little girl's second birthday perfect. Available and friendly to our every request; a pleasant experience from the beginning to the end of the event. Abundant, genuine products cooked with a lot of care and passion, transmitting the old traditions of Apulian cuisine. Thank you all from the bottom of my heart. We'll see you again soon

Speldida farmhouse, well looked after and organised. Welcoming and comfortable, surrounded by greenery with olive trees where you can breathe the Taranto countryside in a modern style. The structure entirely in stone makes this place magical and familiar. In summer it has very high potential, it welcomes you in large spaces and well-kept gardens, there is a swimming pool and a large car park adjacent to the entrance to the farm. Attentive, efficient and friendly staff, the dinner I attended for a birthday was traditional but with innovative touches. Various typical local products accompanied by wines from Taranto wineries made the dinner impeccable. The medium-sized internal room has other small rooms which were intended for children for the occasion. I recommend it for events, but also to spend a pleasant evening in company a few steps from the city to return to our rural traditions.

I went to this property to celebrate my husband's 50th birthday.. wonderful well-kept farmhouse.. the dinner by the pool creates a very romantic atmosphere. the spaces are well defined and the dance floor is quite large.. the The staff is very kind and helpful.. a note of excellence goes to the owner Fabio who makes you feel at home.. always very helpful and very polite.. it is a place that deserves to be taken into consideration for any event you want to celebrate. congratulations Fabio from Barbara and Graziano.
